Zurich Financial Services Group has acquired 100% of life insurer DWS Vita from an Italian subsidiary of Deutsche Bank.
According to the company, through this transaction, Zurich Financial Services Group and Deutsche Bank are strengthening their global partnership with an additional distribution channel in Italy.
