Zurich Financial Services Group has appointed Mark Sheridan as COO of Global Life business, effective from 01 January 2012.
In his role, Sheridan is responsible to develop and execute the Global Life operations and IT strategy, managing all aspects of operational delivery.
Sheridan will report to Kevin Hogan, CEO of Global Life, as well as to Kristof Terryn, group head of operations.
Since 2008, Sheridan has been the Group IT Key Account Executive to Global Life, ensuring the delivery of the IT elements of the Global Life strategy.
In 1984, Sheridan joined Eagle Star as an IT developer.
