Zenith National Insurance has appointed Paul Ramont as new new executive vice president and chief underwriting officer at its principal operating subsidiary Zenith Insurance Company, a property-casualty insurance organization.
Ramont has more than 30 years of underwriting experience, including most recently as vice president, Workers’ Compensation Product and Underwriting for Travelers Insurance, where he had strategic and operational responsibilities for small and middle market guaranteed cost products, as well as for large loss sensitive accounts.
Zenith National Insurance is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
