The company appointed three Senior Underwriters to build out miscellaneous professional liability underwriting team
XL Insurance, XL Capital’s insurance operations, has named Scott Schleicher to manage its Select Professional unit’s Technology E&O book of business. XL Insurance has also appointed three senior underwriters to build out miscellaneous professional liability underwriting team – Stephen Adam and Craig Wild in Hartford, and Steven Anderson in Dallas.
XL Insurance stated that its Select Professional unit works with brokers and wholesalers to address the Errors & Omission (E&O) insurance needs of small to mid-size service providers.
Most recently, Mr. Schleicher served with the Technology Business Unit of ISG International. In his new role, he will be responsible for XL Insurance’s technology products. Mr. Schleicher will be based in Exton office.
Mr. Adam honed has miscellaneous professional liability experience with underwriting positions at Aspen Specialty Insurance and Chubb Specialty. Mr. Wild previously served as primary underwriter with Lee & Mason Financial Services. Mr. Anderson’s served with Retired Directors Assurance Underwriting Services (RDAUS), RLI and Travelers, as well as technical and sales engineering positions with Cisco Systems and Virtual Village.
