XL Group’s insurance segment has appointed Ian Lushington as the new construction underwriting manager for the UK, Ireland and Nordic region
Lushington will report to Max Benz, underwriting manager construction, International Property and will be based in London.
Benz said that the appointment of Ian will allow the firm to be better prepared to serve risk management clients at a time when investments in infrastructure in the UK, Ireland and Nordic Region is expected to grow again.
Lushington has more than 25 years industry experience in the construction and engineering market.
Prior to this, he worked for Allianz Global Risks in the role of Senior Engineering Underwriter.
