Xchanging, a UK based provider of business processing services, has appointed Mark Badman, Alan Ratcliff and Greg Denham to Xchanging Ins-sure Services (XIS) unit, which provides insurance processing services to businesses in the London insurance market.

Xchanging said that these three executives will immediately engage in reviewing and further enhancing the company’s internal processes to ensure the best service delivered to the market.

Alan Ratcliff will join Xchanging as implementation quality director, with overall responsibility for service quality. With more than 30 years of experience, he will join with immediate effect from RI3K where he was program and quality assurance manager.

Greg Denham will join as portfolio manager, responsible for workflow and internal systems development. Greg brings 16 years of IT experience. He will join from RI3K where he was responsible for a 60% reduction in production defects as the result of processes he introduced.

Mark Badman will also join from RI3K as project manager, supporting Greg Denham in his role as portfolio manager.

Mark has more than 10 years of industry experience as a project manager and business analyst, working with both end-users and service providers in the UK and Europe.

XIS managing director Max Pell said that these three executives bring broad-ranging expertise and proven track records of delivering in the insurance and reinsurance space.
