WR Berkley Corporation, an insurance holding company, has announced the formation of FinSecure, which will offer integrated property and liability insurance solutions for financial institutions and financial services firms.
FinSecure will underwrite on behalf of several WR Berkley Corporation member insurance companies.
Annette Merz has been named president of FinSecure. Ms Merz served most recently as president of Lenpex. She is a graduate of the University of St Gallen/Switzerland and of the Harvard Business School AMP program.
The company has also named Paul Zubrowsk, Donna Sofinowski, Melanie Cookson and Deborah Martenson as the additional members of the FinSecure management team.
