W. R. Berkley Corporation has appointed Carol LaPunzina as senior vice president of human resources, a newly established position. She will be responsible for human resource operations and personnel development for the corporation.
Since 2004, Ms. LaPunzina served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Berkley Insurance Company. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate attorney at a private law firm in New York.
