Woodruff-Sawyer & Co, a San Francisco-based independent insurance brokerage firm, has enhanced its private client services division with addition of Oregon-based Jennings Insurance Agency.

Since the formation in 1968, the Jennings Insurance Agency has grown in all areas, and is particularly recognized for its expertise in private client risk management.

Following this addition, Jennings Insurance will retain their company name and continue to be based in Oregon. Candace Jennings, president of Jennings Insurance Agency, and her team will work with Diane Borden, vice president of the private client group in Woodruff-Sawyer’s San Francisco, to further enhance the services and offerings.

Woodruff-Sawyer’s private client personal insurance services are designed to insure the complex lifestyles, personal property, safety and reputation of high net-worth individuals and their families.

Woodruff-Sawyer CEO Charlie Rosson said this is a key strategic focus for the firm. The Jennings Agency allows the company to further strengthen the position and leverage expertise and experience in this market segment.
