WNC First Insurance implements SBS’s custom software solution

WNC First Insurance Services has implemented Specialized Business Software’s (SBS) X12 EDI software solution and reduced the insurance policies process time by 90%.

WNC First Insurance Services chief operating officer Jim Sigafoos said the SBS custom software solution has been designed to meet specific needs of the company.

Specialized Business Solutions president and founder Steve Wiser said, "Every feature we included in WNC’s insurance software solution was focused on either saving time and money or enhancing the organization’s ability to serve their customers."

"This eliminated a lot of wasted effort and enables WNC’s staff to maintain their focus on their customers," Wiser added.

The custom software solution enables WNC to receive a broader array of insurance policies electronically as well as to automate manual processes, increase efficiency and redeploy internal resources.
