Willis Group Holdings has selected HighRoads’ global benefits technology to collect and manage employee benefits data for its clients and also to support benefits management for its own employees.
HighRoads said that it will provide Willis with a central repository for benefits data including country-specific policies, and benchmarking and financial data that will allow the firm to deliver strategic global consulting services.
HighRoads’ offers a suite of services for benefit supply chain management. The company’s HR control services for benefits supply chain management include procurement and renewal service, SPD service, global data service including vendor and contract service. Other services include union negotiation service, mergers and acquisition service, data feed service, content library and workflow.
