Insurance broker Willis North America, a subsidiariy of Willis Group Holdings, has appointed Frank Castro as Health Care Practice Leader to focus on driving growth across the platform.
Castro, with more than 18 years of experience in the professional liability and specialty lines business, will report to Eric Joost, CEO of Willis North America Specialties. He will lead a team of over 150 health care insurance professionals.
Since 2007, Castro has been serving as Senior Vice President for Willis North America National Health Care and delivers industry leading solutions and service to more than 6,000 Willis health care clients.
Castro has also co-led Willis’ Managed Care practice, establishing Willis through a variety of thought leadership events including Willis’ Annual Managed Care Forum.
Willis has more than 400 offices in nearly 120 countries and engages in developing and delivering professional insurance, reinsurance, risk management, financial and human resource consulting and actuarial services to corporations, public entities and institutions.
