Genesys, a supplier of outsourcing services and software, and insurance brokerage William Gallagher Associates have joined to deliver insurance brokerage and human resources outsourcing solutions to customers.
William Gallagher Associates (WGA) has also joined the Genesys human resources outsourcing (HRO) Partner Program.
