Canada based Western Financial Group has added Alberta-based Craig Insurance to its family of insurance brokerages, effective 01 January 2013.
The addition provides customers with access to a broad spectrum of insurance and banking services in Barrhead, Canada.
Craig Insurance will continue operations with same staff from its previous location at 5122 50 Avenue, even after the acquisition.
Western Financial Group president and CEO Scott Tannas said: "Craig Insurance is a perfect fit for the Western Financial Group family."
Mellody Spares, who will manage the newly integrated office, said the addition enables Craig Insurance to provide a much better selection of products and services to its customers.
"We’ll have access to leading technology and an amazing network across western Canada,” Spares added.
Craig Insurance is a provider of personal, commercial, or financial insurance services to customers in Barrhead since 1974.
