Mr. Voltz most recently served as national brokerage placement leader with Marsh
Wells Fargo Insurance Services of Pennsylvania, a bank-owned insurance brokerage in the US, has appointed James Voltz as managing director, for its Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania Office. In his new role, Mr. Voltz is responsible for operations, carrier relationships, sales, and placement of all commercial and private risk practices.
Mr. Voltz will ensure that field offices have the necessary tools to promote sales growth, including assist producers with new and renewal business. He will also assist field offices with negotiating the best terms, conditions, and pricing for customers.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Voltz served as a national brokerage placement leader with Marsh, focusing on middle-market accounts in excess of $45m in revenue and 100 employees across 11 primary locations.
