Wells Fargo Insurance Services has acquired Insurance Brokers of America. The parties have not disclosed the terms of the transaction.
Insurance Brokers of America’s partners Robert Concannon, Irene Mitchell, Jack Rowe and Jack Engler continue their responsibilities with Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
Wells Fargo Insurance Services said that the acquisition will enable it to establish a good base to grow its presence in the St Louis marketplace.
Irene Mitchell, president of Insurance Brokers of America, said: We are pleased to join a well respected organization that will allow us to expand our insurance and risk management resources for our customers. Our insureds will receive the same great service, but will now have access to more resources to help them succeed financially.
