Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, a part of Wells Fargo & Company, has appointed Joseph Cathcart as managing director for its Philadelphia partnership, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In his role, Cathcart will oversee all operations for these offices, including sales and client service, market relations, employee development and overall growth and financial performance.
Based in Philadelphia, Cathcart will report to Mark Susco, regional managing director for Wells Fargo Insurance Services, East region.
Cathcart has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving in a variety of roles, including sales, client management, and office leadership. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was vice president and division manager for Philadelphia operations at Thomas Rutherfoord.
