Wachovia Insurance Becomes Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA

Customers can expect to continue working with their existing insurance professionals

Wells Fargo & Company (Wells Fargo) has announced that Wachovia Insurance Services has officially changed its name to Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA.

Neal Aton, President and Chief Executive Officer, Wells Fargo Insurance Services, said: “Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, is now an integral part of one of the world’s largest, most diversified and most respected financial services companies. Our combined team is committed to delivering outstanding service, creative thinking, and expertise to our many customers nationwide.

Customers can expect to continue working with their existing insurance professionals and now have access to expanded national resources to serve their insurance and risk management needs,” he added.

Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA will become a direct subsidiary of Wells Fargo Insurance Services, next year.
