Universal Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Vanbridge, an innovative life insurance and financial advisory distribution firm, announced that Vince Jenkins has joined the firm as Principal, Director of Corporate and Institutional Insurance.
Mr. Jenkins joins Universal from Nationwide Business Solutions Group where he served as the Regional Vice President for the Midwest and Northeast.
Nationwide Business Solutions Group has been the market leader in Corporate Insurance for nearly two decades. During his time at NBSG, Mr. Jenkins worked with companies to implement a variety of Non-Qualified Executive Benefit Programs as well as stock buy-out and repurchase programs for large closely held companies and partnerships.
Over the last decade he has gained considerable experience in Qualified and Non-Qualified plans, as well as business and estate planning, which affords him a unique perspective when dealing with the multifaceted issues facing the companies he works with.
Vince uses this experience to help companies; integrate Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans into a total retirement plan solution, fund buy/out and repurchase obligations using tax efficient, flexible and liquid insurance and annuity products as well as after tax alternative investment strategies for high net worth individuals.
