T&H Global Holdings' VeriClaim subsidiary has acquired Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Associates (CJW), a provider of loss adjusting and third party administration services (TPA) to the property and casualty insurance market.
CJW & Associates, formed in 1981, has more than 150 employees specializing in both property and liability services, including appraisals, full or partial investigations, adjustments and surveys, as well as TPA services.
As part of the transaction, Cramer will become vice chairman of T&H’s board of directors and additionally, Thomas Simoncic, president and COO of CJW, will become the COO of VeriClaim.
T&H president and CEO Michael Arbour said that the acquisition of CJW strengthens VeriClaim’s loss adjusting presence in the Southeast US and Texas, and expands their TPA capabilities for their global client base.
