USI Holdings Corporation, a distributor of property and casualty insurance and employee benefits products, has completed the acquisition of employee benefit insurance brokerage firm Corporate Planning Systems.
Corporate Planning Systems (CPS), based in Bellevue, Washington, is expected to contribute approximately $4.5 million in revenues to USI on an annual basis.
