United Property & Casualty Insurance (UPC) is set to deploy Innovation Group’s Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics to replace its legacy claims management system to enhance its growth and claims process.
Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics are components of Innovation Insurer suite.
Catastrophe management, fraud, supply chain management and pre-configured best practices of Insurer Claims will offer UPC with a new foundation to enhance its diversified business portfolio.
Insurer Analytics will provide UPC with business intelligence, dashboard reporting and real-time analytics to improve its business, while implementation will enhance its customer service.
UPC claims vice president John Langowski said that selecting a new core claims management solution with robust functionality and technology, like Insurer Claims, was critical to the company’s business growth plans.
