Universal North America has selected iPartners’ Insurance Scorecard to provide business intelligence and full-service reporting and analytics for its new in-house claims processing environment.
Ipartners said that the solution is an easy to use Software as a Service solution designed for the property & casualty insurance industry.
The suite provides a complete analytics solution including insurance specific data warehouse, performance management dashboards and scorecards, ad-hoc detailed analysis and production reporting.
Upon completion of the claims project, Universal is planning to further leverage the capabilities of the solution to improve analysis and reporting capabilities throughout the enterprise.
iPartners founder and CEO Robert Lasher said that bringing the claims operation in-house is no small feat, and the company is pleased to have the opportunity to play a part with its business intelligence and analytics solution and experience.
