To build on UniRisX’s customer base, to expand local support, and to open new offices in North America, Asia and the Middle East
UniRisX, LLC has acquired UniRisX, a SaaS provider of insurance services, and simultaneous formation of parent company, UniRisX, LLC. A seasoned executive team led the acquisition of UniRisX, with the backing of a private equity consortium.
David Hollander, former MD of Accenture’s Global Insurance Software Solutions, will assume the role of CEO. The existing UniRisX management team will remain unchanged, with addition of key executives in strategic locations in the US, the UK, and Hong Kong.
Besides David Hollander, David Plate, Vice President, Sales and Business Development, North America, will join current UniRisX executives Tony Ferguson, Strategy Director and Matthew Priestley, Customer Solutions Director, on the team.
According to UniRisX LLC, it will build on UniRisX’s established customer base, that includes 15 global clients, to expand local support, and to open new offices in North America, Asia and the Middle East.
