Unirisx, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of insurance services, has appointed Steven Selfridge as chief financial officer to oversee finances, including financial reporting, taxes, treasury operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Selfridge has been an advisor to Unirisx since May 2009. He was president and chief executive officer of Acsis, a supply chain software company based in Marlton, NJ. He joined Acsis in 1998 as chief financial officer and led geographic and product expansion, a recapitalization, and the sale of the company.
From 1986 to 1998, Mr Selfridge held senior positions with Checkpoint Systems, a provider of radio-frequency-based retail security offerings based in Thorofare, NJ. His roles included senior vice president of operations, chief financial officer, executive vice president and chief operating officer.
