Appointments will be effective from January 1, 2010
Trustmark Companies has appointed Joseph Pray as president and chief operating officer. The announcement was made by David McDonough, who will continue as CEO of the Lake Forest-based insurer.
Pray joined Trustmark in 2002 as vice president of sales, voluntary benefit solutions, and was promoted to senior vice president in 2007. Prior to joining Trustmark, he served as president and COO of Greater Georgia Life Insurance, a subsidiary of Cerulean Companies/Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.
McDonough has also promoted Alex Moral to senior vice president, Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions. Moral joined the company in 2006 as vice president and actuary.
Both this appointments will be effective from January 1, 2010.
