Triad Guaranty has announced that its subsidiary, Triad Guaranty Insurance, has joined with Fiserv to offer various mortgage insurance programs through Fiserv's UniFi PRO loan origination system.
Fiserv said that approved lenders can use the UniFi PRO loan origination system to submit mortgage insurance applications to Triad, thereby reducing the time and cost in the origination process.
George Jackson, vice president of information services at Triad, said: At Triad, we believe that technology initiatives should solve customer problems, give clients more choices and flexibility and reduce friction within the origination process. Measured against these criteria, our decision to integrate with Fiserv was an easy one.
