Transamerica Life Insurance Company (TLIC), a California based provider of financial services and products has formed a new marketing organisation, Transamerica Agency Network.
Monumental Life Insurance career agents joined together with the independent agents of Life Investors Financial to create the agency.
Transamerica Agency Network senior vice president Charles Green said combining the two groups under the Transamerica brand provides the company’s agents additional resources and name recognition in the marketplace to use in their sales and recruiting efforts.
"Our agents are excited to represent the Transamerica brand in their mission to help more people with their life insurance and retirement strategies," Green added.
Transamerica Agency Network, the new name of Life Investors Financial, is a licensed insurance agency whose agents offer products issued by Transamerica Life Insurance, Monumental Life Insurance, and other AEGON companies.
The name change will be accomplished on completion of necessary state filings by Transamerica Agency Network.
