Risk and financial management firm Towers Watson has appointed Leslie Heisz to its Board of Directors, who was serving as a managing director at Lazard Freres & Company.
Towers Watson Board of Directors chief executive officer and chairman said that the firm is pleased to appoint Leslie on its Board of Directors.
"Her extensive investment banking and finance experience, business acumen and leadership record will provide tremendous value and help us continue on our current path of growth and profitability," said Haley.
From 2004 to April 2010, Heisz served as a managing director at Lazard Freres & Co and provided strategic financial advisory services to various industries.
Prior to this, she worked as a managing director of Wasserstein Perella and Company for six years and currently Heisz is a member of the board of directors of HCC Insurance Holdings, and Ingram Micro.
