Towergate Insurance has appointed Neil Galjaard as group change director with immediate effect.
Neil will join the Towergate Partnership Executive Management team and will report directly into Group CEO Mark Hodges.
Since April 2007, Neil has been Insurance Director of Paymentshield, where he has played a vital role in the substantial profit growth of the business.
Prior to Paymentshield, he spent 3 years at Lloyds TSB Insurance as Partnerships and Product Development Director.
Hodges said that a great deal of work has been taking place within Towergate to identify the key initiatives and improvements which will enable them to drive significant growth. In this new role, Neil will focus on ensuring the delivery of these key strategic priorities.
