Entrepreneur, Author and Chef, Todd English has launched new Signature Olives Restaurant in Mexico City, Mexico.

Located in district of Sante Fe in Mexico City’s western end, the restaurant features skyscraper lined streets of the upscale zone and will be operated under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Jaime C. Mendoza.

The Signature Olives Restaurant will serve Mediterranean cuisine as well as fresh seafood, made-to-order cuts of meat, and wholesome seasonal ingredients from Olives’ rustic kitchen.

In addition to seafood and meats, the restaurant offers different options for flat breads, savory vegetarian and gluten-free dishes as well as desserts which include English’s signature banana crème brulee and vanilla souffle.

Todd English also operates restaurants in Las Vegas, New York City and Boston.
