The Hartford, a US-based insurance and financial services company, has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new solution to manage all of its property and casualty claims.
Commenting about the selection, The Hartford claims executive vice president Andrew Pinkes said, ”This investment will allow us to continue to build on our strong claim performance as we grow our Commercial and Consumer Markets businesses."
To be implemented after a comprehensive evaluation process, the ClaimCenter will replace the company’s existing multiple claims systems.
Guidewire PartnerConnect Affiliate partner, Cognizant, will serve as the system integrator for the project.
Insurance at Cognizant (CTSH) senior vice president and global market leader Ben Bengtson said the company will bring the required knowledge and technical capabilities for successful implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter at The Hartford.
