Texas Mutual, a provider of workers' compensation insurance based in Texas, has selected Guidewire's ClaimCenter solution as its new claims management system, to meet the evolving needs of its customers, company and the industry.
The deployment of the ClaimCenter, replacing the existing system, will enable Texas Mutual to better serve policyholders and their injured workers, focus IT resources, providing free adjusters from manual administrative tasks allowing them to focus on high value tasks and customer service.
Texas Mutual vice president, application services, information technology division Terry Buchheit said
ClaimCenter will provide the firm with the modern, flexible technology platform to ensure that the firm is able to remain responsive to policyholder and agent partners.
