TEAM Nation Holdings (TEAM) has established TEAM Title, a Delaware corporation that will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM and will obtain licenses to conduct direct title insurance and settlement services in up to 35 states in 2010.
Janis Okerlund, president of TEAM, said: “The formation of TEAM Title is the first in many important steps taken this year to establish direct, revenue generating operations in the national marketplace. From this springboard, we expect to grow and expand licensure aggressively and participate in previously unavailable revenue opportunities.”
According to TEAM, the newly established TEAM Title is expected to obtain its first agency license, in the state of Pennsylvania, by April 30, 2010.
