Republic Capital Claims Administrators (RCCA) is a third-party administrator (TPA), designed and driven by executives with in-depth expertise in the California WC market. The executive team has worked at and helped manage many large, national TPAs.
After seeing many TPAs undergo mergers, acquisitions, and national expansion, they decided to form RCCA to bring back the personalized service that many of today’s small- to mid-sized California companies lack but desperately need.
