Synygy, a provider of sales performance management (SPM) solutions, has expanded business with an health insurer, which will broaden the use of Synygy’s SPM software and services to include commission management for its community of over 15,000 independent brokers.
The firm is already using Synygy’s SPM software to manage the sales compensation of internal sales teams, enforce state licensing requirements for payments, and, through an integrated workflow application, ensure alignment between key internal salespeople and external brokers.
Synygy has claimed that its SPM software allows health insurance carriers to integrate multiple legacy systems into a single repository to preserve data integrity, ensure audit history, and quickly access agent and broker on-boarding, demographic, and commission information.
The solution allows to communicate information such as performance reports and commission statements through a centralized portal to ensure compliance and build producer loyalty.
Throught the solution, resources and day-to-day processes can be managed efficiently, and easily maintain data for sales channels, commission systems, organizational hierarchies, and broker alignments. The software also helps to quickly adapt systems and processes, including incentives, to keep up with regulatory changes.
