Symbility Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits, has introduced Haus360 solution in Germany, through its strategic partnership with UK-based Innovation Group.
Symbility Solutions has said that Haus360 solution offers a complete and transparent process for building property and casualty claims and it comprises of three components Haus360 – Steuerung, Haus360 – Aufnahme and Haus360 – Regulierung.
According to the Symbility, Haus360 Aufnahme enables call center operators to efficiently and accurately assess claim damage and settle claims from the first notification of loss. The intelligent, pre-defined rules-based software engine ensures a consistent approach to property claims enhancing the overall customer experience.
Haus360 Steuerung is the collaborative workflow management tool that connects all claims parties for a true integrated claims approach. Haus360 Regulierung allows the onsite estimation of property losses through its sketching and estimating platform.
