Susquehanna Bancshares, a regional financial services holding company, has completed the acquisition of Stratton, an investment management company.

Stratton is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Susquehanna Bancshares and part of the family of Susquehanna Wealth Management companies. The acquisition brings Susquehanna’s total assets under management and administration to approximately $9 billion. Stratton Management will retain its name, offices, and its team of about 30 investment managers and associates.

William Reuter, chairman, president and CEO of Susquehanna Bancshares, said: We are pleased to welcome the Stratton team of investment advisors and their clients to Susquehanna. For customers of both Susquehanna and Stratton, we now offer even stronger expertise in the area of investment management.
