Program benefits include information, tools and resources to help former employees

Sun Life Financial’ (SLF’) Employee Benefits Group, is providing a comprehensive outplacement resources program to its customers enrolled in the ComPsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

According to SLF, OutplacementResources program, available through ComPsych, is designed for organisations that provide former employees with practical, effective job-hunting skills. Program benefits include information, tools and resources to help former employees in transition, besides human resources managers.

OutplacementResources program comprise three components that include: personalised support for each participant, an extensive guide for transitioning employees that covers topics such as skills self-assessment, using technology to job hunt, resume writing skills, and preparation for successful interviewing and a web-based workshop that walks participants through the job search process and provides tools for self assessment and goal setting.
