For submitting the medical and dental claims online
Sun Life Financial has unveiled its plans to introduce e-claims service which intends to help the company’s group benefits plan members to submit their medical and dental claims online.

Sun Life Financial intends to move a step closer to achieving 100% e-claim capability on January 1, 2010, when the plan members of one of its national clients, Purolator Courier, will participate in an initiative enabling its employees to submit all medical and dental claims online.
The e-claiming service helps the plan member to submit claims through Sun Life Financial’s website for real-time processing and the members need not go through any paperwork.
