Stewart Title, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services, has opened a new office in Washington, DC, which joins the DuPont Circle locations serving the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas.
According to Stewart Title, the new office will be managed by John Gilbert and cater to the DC, Virginia and Maryland real estate markets.
The new location will offer a full complement of services, including residential, commercial and co-operative transactions.
In addition, the company’s clients will have access to new technology including online transaction information through Stewart Online, powered by SureClose, and the lenders will be able to receive quotes via its Lender Express Quote.
