Stewart Title Guaranty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services, has appointed Gary Bernier as vice president for New Hampshire and Maine agency services manager.
In his new role, Bernier will manage Stewart’s independent agency network in both states, and will continue as the New Hampshire and Maine underwriting counsel.
Before joining Stewart in 2004, Bernier was a partner in a Londonderry, New Hampshire law firm and previously served as a apecial assistant US Attorney.
Stewart Title Guaranty senior vice president, Northern New England Agency Services district manager Stephen Dinsmore said Gary brings extensive knowledge and experience to his new role, which will enhance the service provided to the New Hampshire and Maine agents and in turn lead to further growth and profitability.
The company provides title insurance and related information services required for settlement by the real estate and mortgage industries throughout the US and in international markets.
