US-based Stewart Title Guaranty Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services, has appointed Ted Faust as senior agency services manager for Central and Eastern Tennessee.
In his new role, Faust will manage Stewart’s independent agency network in those markets. He has more than 20 years of sales and management experince in servicing and working with agencies throughtout the mid South.
Faust has served in various management and sales capacities for another major underwriter. He has also been active in the Tennessee Land Title Association, having served on the board of directors as well as several committees.
Stewart Title Guaranty Company senior vice president, south central states agency services district manager Patrick Beall said the knowledge and capabilities that Faust brings to Stewart will enhance the service provided to our Tennessee network.
The company provides title insurance and related information services required for settlement by the real estate and mortgage industries throughout the US and in international markets.
Stewart also provides post-closing lender services, automated county clerk land records, property ownership mapping, geographic information systems, property information reports, flood certificates, document preparation, background checks and expertise in tax-deferred exchanges.
