Sterling & Sterling, a private insurance brokerage firm has appointed Camille Mastronardi as senior vice president and will be based at Avenel, New Jersey office.
In her new role, Mastronardi will oversee Employee Benefits practice of the firm, including new business development, managing client relationships and strategic planning.
Since 2003, Mastronardi served Willis and its predecessor companies prior to joining Sterling & Sterling.
Before joining Wills, Mastronardi served Great-West Life Insurance as insurance carrier representative with focus on the arrangement of alternatively funded health programmes.
Mastronardi also served Tribus Financial Group regional broker as a middle-market segment account manager during the initial stage of her career.
US-based Sterling & Sterling offers property and casualty insurance, risk management, employee benefits insurance, loss control, claims management, estate planning, program insurance for the clients.
