State Auto Insurance Group, a property & casualty insurance holding company, has selected Enservio, a provider of contents inventory creation, valuation and replacement services and software, to provide a comprehensive contents claims solution.
Enservio has said that the multi-year agreement for an enterprise-wide deployment of the its Valuation Platform will allow State Auto to accelerate the contents-related claims process, improve accuracy, manage costs and increase customer satisfaction for both their homeowner and business insurance policyholders.
According to the Enservio, State Auto will also be able to utilize Enservio’s solutions that include: InventoryOnsite, LiveScribe and ListAssist services; web-based self-service inventory portal for State Auto policyholders; EnservioSelect, a specialty and concierge contents claims service for hard-to-value items such as collectibles, antiques and fine works of art.
