Starr Companies, a global insurance and financial services company, has appointed Jeffrey Johnson as its new Global Chief Claims Officer.
Johnson, who holds more than 30 years of claims leadership experience, will directly report to Starr Insurance Holdings’ president Charles Dangelo and chief international officer Ed Navarro.
Commenting on Johnson’s appointment, Dangelo said that Johnson’s arrival was at a time when the firmis adding profit centers and launching new products.
Starr Companies is a global, privately held, insurance, financial services, and investments organization and Starr’s insurance agencies write specialty lines covering aviation, marine, energy, property and excess casualty insurance, including risks with international exposures.
