Specialty Risk Services, a property-casualty third party administrator for workers' compensation and liability claims, has named Pamela Rippens as senior vice president of account management, responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all account enhancement strategies and practices for Specialty Risk Services' book of business.
Ms Rippens was previously Specialty Risk Services’ (SRS) senior vice president of field operations, where she had oversight responsibilities for the company’s 1,500 claims and managed care professionals and the consistent countrywide delivery of quality claims and managed care products and services.
