The Spex Enterprise platform integrates a tablet-based inspection app with a web-based dashboard for user management, inspection filtering and analytics.

Spex CEO Brett Goldberg said: "Spex simplifies and streamlines the inspection process so everyone wins — the policy holder, insurance carrier and contractor.

"Our enterprise platform is ‘plug and play’ and can be easily scaled to meet the demands of the property and casualty community. Users can leverage our platform to achieve a richer, more dynamic customer experience."

The Spex enterprise version includes a field app, dashboard and Spex report.

The field app is used for conducting inspections, which includes features such as photo annotations, field sketching, video and audio entries, aerial photos and real-time collaboration access to the dashboard.

The dashboard is an administrative tool used for inspections and reviewing analytics from the field, in addition to managing platform users.

Spex report is a summary of the inspection notes that can be accessible through the dashboard or an exportable document.

Commenting on the platform, Family Mutual Insurance Company general manager Rod Warner said: "We are always looking for efficient, innovative products to better serve policyholders.

"Spex presents the most comprehensive package of features we have found in the marketplace."
