Southern Pioneer Selects Policy Administration Suite From ISCS

Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Company has selected ISCS's SurePower Innovation policy administration suite to handle processing of homeowners', dwelling fire, vacant dwelling fire, garage liability, commercial property and liquor liability lines of business.

ISCS claimed that its SurePower Innovation has automated Southern Pioneer’s critical business processes, including underwriting, policy and claims management, reinsurance, and billing.

The SurePower Innovation suite is expected to enhance Southern Pioneer’s existing policy administration system, and also to provide simple cross-company reporting, and enforcement of consistent company requirements across all lines and products.

ISCS has said that it utilized new development methods, including defined sprints and acceptance testing, during Southern Pioneer implementation to maintain project scope and quality of deliverables.
