Southern Trust Insurance has selected Systema’s SIMS Claims as its new claims management system, which will offer a fast and flexible platform to meet the insurer's changing business needs, optimize efficiency, and enhance customer services.

The decision to deploy SIMS Claims in its commercial lines of business draws down on its efforts to slash the operational costs, while witnessing expansive growth in the southeast.

Southern Trust CEO John Houser said the company is pleased to provide timely fair settlements of claims and to improve its momentum, it has utilized technology which can enhance its efficiency and customer service.
